The Indian Society of Peripheral Nerve Surgery was founded in December 2011, as a non-political, non-sectarian and non-profit making association of hand surgeons, neurosurgeons, orthopaedic surgeons, plastic surgeons and all those involved in the care of an injured hand, in order to share knowledge and information with the aim to improve the research and treatment of peripheral nerve injuries.
The founding members conceived, formulated and conceptualized a plan to evolve a dedicated surgical forum, which can represent the surgeons of the country, involved in the care of the hand. This society is emerging as a sole forum of academic hand surgeons and peripheral nerve surgeons of country by your support, seeing the growth of life members in ISPNS in a short span of time. Currently the society have more than 200 members.
